01. Choose & Customize Your Doll ✨

• Find your ideal doll and customize using the options on the product page.

• Default options may not match the images exactly — check carefully before clicking “Add to Cart”.

02. Checkout & Payment 💳

• Enter your real name and phone number so our delivery team can reach you.

• All custom dolls require 25–30% deposit.

• Pay via PayPal, credit, or debit card (no PayPal account required). Safe & secure!

03. Order Confirmation 📧

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email — check all details carefully.

• Custom orders can be changed within 12 hours only.

• ⚠️ Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see our email.

04. Doll Production 🏭

• Custom dolls: 3–5 weeks production. Time may vary by brand/material.

• Ready-to-ship dolls: 2–5 business days, already in our warehouse.

• ⚠️ Holidays may delay production (New Year, Christmas, National Day, Chinese New Year).

05. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

Free delivery: Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman
Extra 20 AED delivery fee: Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, and other remote areas

Delivery timeframe:

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 days

• Abu Dhabi: 2–4 days

• Other regions: 4–7 days

🕒 Delivery hours: UAE time, 4 PM – 12:30 AM. Traffic is heavy 5 PM – 9 PM.

📱 Keep your phone open! Our professional delivery team will call in advance. You can open the box before paying — no worries! Share your Google Maps location to ensure smooth delivery.

⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety, used items cannot be returned.

06. Delivery & Inspection ✅

• Check the tracking number and wait for delivery.

• If the box is damaged, record a short video or take photos before opening.

• Record another video while unboxing to document the doll’s condition.

• We will guide you with repair instructions, replacement, or refund if needed.

07. Online Orders Only 💻

These dolls are exclusive to the UAE — we do not sell in physical stores.
All orders are online with cash on delivery, delivered right to your door.
